Tender Details

Quotation are invited for Wireless Microphone System for American Center Korea (ACK).

Enclosed is a Request for Quotations (RFQ) for installation of Wireless Microphone System for American Center Korea (ACK) of the U.S. Embassy, Seoul, Korea. If you would like to submit a quotation, follow the instructions in Section 3 of the solicitation, complete the required portions of the attached document, and submit it in electronic format to the Contracting officer as shown on the block 16 of the Standard Form1449 that follows this letter.

The U.S. Embassy Seoul intends to award a purchase order to the responsible company submitting an acceptable quotation. We intend to award a purchase order based on initial quotations, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so.

Any questions concerning the solicitation should be submitted in writing by September 12, 2018 at 17:00 Korea Standard Time via email to koys@state.gov.

Quotations are due by September 13, 2018 at 17:00 Korea Standard Time. No quotations will be accepted after this time. Only the electronic submission of the quotation will be accepted. Please submit your quotation addressed only to the Contracting Officer by email at koys@state.gov.
