Winter street maintenance It is a procurement that exceeds the EU threshold and the procurement procedure is an open procedure. The procurement announcement has been published in the HILMA service at www.hankintaylokkeet.fi. Contract period, contract description, contract prices and offer comparison criteria The contracts are concluded for the period 1.11.2026 - 31.10.2027 and after that the customer has the option to extend the contracts for the option period: 1.11.2027 - 31.10.2031. Contracting for winter maintenance starts from the notification of the municipality's emergency department. As the main implementer the operating main contractor must independently supervise his own work performance and that of his potential subcontractors based on the winter maintenance criteria given by Ilmajoki municipality. The customer pays the contractors what is calculated according to the unit prices and work performance the contract amount and, in addition, the reserve allowance. During the winter season between November 1 and April 30, the on-call compensation includes being on-call and on-call, moving to contract sites under the terms of the request for tenders and removing plowing sticks purchased by the municipality. Provided if there are changes to the scope of the road and street network or real estate managed by the municipality, the customer can change the scope of the contract.
