Main construction works: preparation of the area, leveling, geodetic marking of the outline of the ice rink and technical zones; construction of a trough for the ice rink slab and the foundation of the unit; compacting the native soil and making an aggregate base; arrangement of installations; layer arrangement XPS thermal insulation with separation foil; installation of concrete slab reinforcement; laying the cooling system pipes in the slab (PE-X loops) and performing leakage tests; concreting the ice rink slab and making expansion joints; concrete care and slab maturation; montage cooling system distributors; construction of a foundation slab for the cooling unit; foundation and assembly of the cooling unit; construction of a glycol installation; execution of electrical and automation installations; installation of buffer zone barriers and elements; performing the first freezing of the slab and forming the ice sheet.
