This Request for Quotations (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by the Municipality of the District of Chester (the “Municipality”) to prospective bidders to submit bids for the provision of Winter Road Maintenance for the Aspotogan and East River Point areas to the Department of Public Works. The objective is to retain one (1) contractor for a two (2) year period (with an optional one (1) year to provide plowing and salting of the Municipal roads as further described in the RFQ Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”). This RFQ is being conducted pursuant to MODC Procurement Policy (P-04).
Please note that for this bid opportunity, bidders may choose to submit bids in one of two ways:

The Municipality will not accept bids submitted by facsimile transfer or bids by email.
