Winter operation The competition concerns the delivery of winter operation in Rælingen municipality. The client intends to enter into an agreement for winter operations, hereafter called plowing of municipal spaces in the municipality, as well as spring sweeping. Municipal spaces include outdoor areas and car parks around nursing homes, care homes, schools, kindergartens, halls and other homes and buildings. The acquisition's value is estimated at: Above the EEA threshold value. See point 1.1.4. The volume is an estimate and is not binding on the client. Apprentices: The client has assessed the procurement against the apprentice regulations, cf. § 7 of the Procurement Act, and concluded that there are no requirements for apprentices in this procurement as the main element of the contract does not includes work where it is relevant to use labor with a trade or journeyman certificate, cf. § 6 (3) of the Apprenticeship Regulations.
