The city of Kotka (procurement unit, customer) requests bids for winter maintenance services for the properties it owns in accordance with the request for bids and its appendices. Offers are requested for work machines and drivers needed for work. Machinery is needed for snow for plowing and sandblasting and sand removal. The contracted areas are property yards, parking areas, access roads and sidewalks. The request for tender is divided into 8 sub-units.
