This procurement is subject to the provisions of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement and the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement. SNOW REMOVAL AND SALT SERVICE (INCLUDING SPREADING AGGREGATE OR OTHER SNOW MELTING MATERIAL) SCOPE Winter Maintenance Services for Provincial Highways and roads located on Campobello Island. To commence on October 15th, 2026, and expire on October 14th, 2031, with the option to renew for one (1) additional year term upon written agreement by both DTI and the Contractor. CONTRACT AWARD CRITERIA Contract will be awarded to the lowest compliant bid which meets the requirements detailed within the attached Specifications for Item 1 of the tender documents.
