Tender Details

The subject of the order includes the provision of the above service in the area of: a. for part 1: Kaj, Targowisko, kowice and Grodkowice; The services should be performed under the following conditions (for both parts): 1) clearing and roughening of road surfaces and winter maintenance by 600 each day; 2) sanding and roughening of road surfaces in the second order of winter maintenance until 900 each day; 3) maintaining readiness (passive action) in the period: October 15, 2026 April 15, 2027. The winter action will take place only upon telephone notification of the Ordering Party. The contractor is obliged to commence the action immediately after receiving the notification and to conduct it in a way that ensures proper and careful performance of the subject of the order. Maintaining readiness (passive action) will only take place upon the Ordering Party's request and until further notice by the Ordering Party. The contractor is obliged to keep an order book in the form of daily reports, which will include information on the type of equipment used, the number of operating hours of the equipment, the amount of spreading material used and its type, and the place of service provision.
