The subject of the order is divided into parts: 1)Part 1: Communication routes. 2)Part 2: Very Center, Center, Śródmieście North, Śródmieście West. 3)Part 3: Miechowice, Karb, Stroszek, Sucha Góra, Stolarzowice, Górniki. 4)Part 4: Rozbark, Łagiewniki, Szombierki, Bobrek. 3. Complex of parts covered by the order in each part for the basic scope and scope optional is the fulfillment of obligations related to maintaining cleanliness and order on public and internal roads within the administrative borders of the city of Bytom, imposed on the Ordering Party in accordance with Art. 5 section 1 point 4), section 4 and 5 Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2025, item 773). 4.
