Winter maintenance of purpose-built buildings Orkland municipality must procure winter maintenance services to ensure good and predictable accessibility and traffic safety for all groups of road users who travel along the purpose-built buildings. By that is meant driveway, road, pavement, car parks, car parks, access to municipal purpose-built buildings and the like. Private land and private roads/entrances are not included in the municipality's plowing scheme. Winter operations include ploughing, spreading, clean-up. Snow removal is carried out after order. Special focus areas in winter are safe school roads, gentle road users, and traffic safety. The value of the acquisition is estimated at: NOK 5, 000, 000 ex. The volume is an estimate and is not binding on the client. Apprentices: The client has assessed the procurement against the apprentice regulations, cf. Procurement Act § 5h, and concluded that there are no requirements for apprentices in this procurement as the main element of the contract does not include work where it is relevant to use labor with professional or journeyman's certificate, Procurement Act § 5h subsection 2 letter c.
