Region 1 Area 2 Area 3 Area 4 Area 5 Area 6 Region 7 Area 8 Area 9 The object of the procurement is the winter maintenance of the yard areas of properties owned by Lempäälä municipality. The service includes plowing, slush removal, anti-skid control, local snow removal and the Subscriber loading and transporting snow ordered separately from the Supplier to the snow dump. Lempäälä Kiinteistöhuolto and -teknikka LEKITEK Oy acts as the customer in this procurement. The procurement is divided into nine (9) parts of the Areas specified in the call for tenders in accordance with. One (1) contract supplier will be selected for areas 1-8. Two (2) suppliers will be selected for area 9. Partial offers are accepted in such a way that the bidder can offer one or more parts (Areas). Request for tender for winter maintenance of the following real estate areas according to the requirements: Haljastennokka, Lempoinen school, Mattila school, Sotavallta depot, Innilä sports house, Kelho school. NOTE The Supplier selected for the area will do both plowing and sandblasting in that area. The following winter maintenance of property areas in accordance with the requirements of the request for tenders: Kanava school, Kalustaja house, Saturanta daycare center, Vainio, Kuusiranta, Lempoinen swimming pool. NOTE The Supplier selected for the area does both plowing and sandblasting.
