Tender Details

The object of the procurement is the winter maintenance services of the planned roads. The procurement includes the vehicle fleet needed to implement plowing, its operation and the necessary personnel. The annual winter maintenance period is from November to April. Acquisition is divided into six sub-areas, which correspond to the winter maintenance areas to be tendered. Service provider selection is done by sub-area. A service provider can be selected with the same fleet resources for only one sub-area. The contract does not form Quantity purchase obligation for the subscriber or exclusive right to produce the service for the service provider. The agreement enters into force upon signature and is valid until April 30, 2028. The contract is supposed to start on 1 November 2026. After the basic contract period, the Subscriber has the right to continue contract period with one (1) option period for 1 November 2028-30 April 2029.
