Winter maintenance The competition concerns the delivery of winter maintenance to Ullensvang municipality. The value of the acquisition is estimated to be above the EEA threshold value. The need is uncertain. The volume can vary both up and down, and will depend during the agreement period of, among other things, the client's needs, activities, budget situation and other framework factors. The client reserves the right to cancel the competition, also in the individual zone, including in in connection with budgetary coverage. Apprentices: The client has assessed the procurement against the apprentice regulations, cf. § 7 of the Procurement Act, and concluded that there are no requirements for apprentices in this procurement as the main element of the contract does not includes work where it is relevant to use labor with a trade or journeyman certificate, cf. § 6 (3) of the Apprenticeship Regulations.
