Part 1. Grader Part 2. Wheel Loader Part 3. Tractor or compactor On behalf of MESTAR Kuopio Oy, Sansia Oy requests offers for framework arrangements for winter work machine services with drivers. The contract period is 1 October 2026 - 30 April 2028, in addition to which the contract includes option for winter seasons 2028-2030. The works will take place during the winter season between 1.10. - 30.4. Procurement is divided into three areas: 1. Grader 2. Wheel loader 3. Tractor or compactor The tenderer can leave offers in one or more areas. Several machines can be offered for one sub-area with separate offers. For the framework arrangement, eight (8) machines with the most points are selected for each sub-area.
