The object of the procurement is to carry out the work of winter care in the seventh regions of Poltsamaa rural municipality. The regions are Adavere, Esku, Pajusi, Aidu-Vagar, Lustivere, Puurmani and Poltsamaa. Free snow removal on private roads is performed in each area according to Poltsamaa Rural Municipality Council Regulation No. 20 (29.10.2020) "Private Roads Procedure for the appointment of public use and execution of free snow remedies on private roads "between November 2025 and May 2029.
