1. The subject of the order is winter and summer maintenance of cleanliness and order on roads and squares owned by the city of Grajewo in 2026. The activities performed include: 1) mechanical cleaning of street roads and manual cleaning of sidewalks, 2) removal of waste accumulated at the edge of sidewalks, 3) remove waste from street bins and dog excrement containers successively, as they are filled, and replenish the containers with dog excrement kits (sets provided by the City Hall) throughout the entire order execution period, 4) daily inspections of cleanliness and safety conditions on roads and sidewalks and street passability, as well as immediate removal of existing irregularities and threats, 5) in the event of winter weather conditions, the scope also includes: a) removing the entire width of the road and combating black ice on roads, street roads and sidewalks, on an ongoing basis by sprinkling anti-icing mixture, removing parking lots located in the streets mentioned above when the weather conditions are oppressive (residents of blocks of flats should be informed about the removal date well in advance via Wye ...
