The Region will ONLY accept ELECTRONIC BID SUBMISSIONS submitted through the Region-s Bids and Tenders website for this Request for Tender. HARD COPY BID SUBMISSIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Bids must be submitted and received by the Region no later than 1:00:00 p.m., Eastern Standard Time.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The supply of all labour, materials and equipment for year-round grounds maintenance services at community, transitional and emergency housing facilities across York Region. For complete bid details, refer to the RFT documents.
MANDATORY REQUIREMENT:
Bidder Qualifications and Experience Requirements: Bidders submitting Bids in response to this RFT shall have the qualifications and experience as specified in the checklist table titled “Mandatory Requirements - Qualifications and Experience” in the Specifications step in the Bid Form.DEPOSIT: All Bids shall be accompanied by an Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). The total Bid deposit amount must be equal to the sum of the Bid deposit(s) for the Property Groups a bid is being submitted for by the Bidder.Property Group 1 - $9, 000Property Group 2 - $8, 000 Property Group 3 - $7, 000 Property Group 4 - $7, 000 Property Group 5 - $6, 000 Property Group 6 - $5, 000 Property Group 7 - $7, 000 Property Group 8 - $8, 000 Property Group 9 - $7, 000 Property Group 10 - $5, 000 Property Group 11 - $4, 000 Property Group 12 - $7, 000 MEETING: A site visit / information meeting will not be held for this RFT.
