D2. SCOPE OF WORKD2.1 The Work to be done under the Contract shall consist of conversion of existing Bio Drying Room and existing Storage Rooms into new Office Spaces as per drawings and specifications.D2.2 The major components of the Work are as follows:(a) Renovation of existing Bio Drying Room P1544A as per drawings and specifications.(b) Installation of new secure Door and Frame in Corridor P1500 as per drawings and specifications.(c) Install new card access hardware, thermostat, new electrical components as per drawings and specifications.(d) Install new ductwork, VAV, diffusers, new mechanical components as per drawings and specifications.(e) Ensure all new/relocated components are tested and operate properly.(f) Contractor to mitigate dust in the area as it will remain partially occupied during construction. Floor to ceiling hoarding within work area is required.D2.3 The funds available for this Contract are $70, 000.00
