EQUIPMENT FOR WINE PRODUCTION WOODEN BARRELS EQUIPMENT FOR FILLING CAPSULING AND LABELING BOTTLES EQUIPMENT FOR CLEANING, WASHING AND SANITATION Winery equipment Description requirements and technical specifications of the procurement item, its type, quality, minimum characteristics are described in the Cost Sheet in the column "Requested item of procurement description and technical specifications" as an integral part of this Documentation. The bidder must offer the goods according to the type, quantity, quality and minimum characteristics as specified in the corresponding Cost Book. The offeror should specify the characteristics and technical specifications of the offered product, as well as information on the type/name, in the appropriate place of the Cost Sheet - "Offered procurement item description and technical specifications", according to the corresponding items of the product offered and the name of the manufacturer. All goods to be delivered must be new, unused, in factory packaging with all accompanying documentation (e.g. warranty cards, product declaration, etc.) and in all respects meet the requirements, that is, the technical specifications offered. After delivery, the Client will inspect the goods within 10 days and issue a certificate of acceptance of the goods. The date of issuance of the confirmation of acceptance of the goods will be considered the date of fulfillment of all contractual obligations, and the goods must be by then assembled and commissioned at the customer's requested address. The warranty period for the elimination of defects for the correctness of the sold goods starts from the day of issuing the certificate of acceptance of the goods.
