This is a notice to inform potential interested parties of TCHC-s intent to post RFP AP23-07(R1) for the provision of Windows & Doors for TCHC at Alexandra Park Phase 2A. TCHC is seeking to deliver a Passive House pilot project as part of the revitalization of the Alexandra Park community in Toronto. The project comprises of twenty-one townhouses. Five of the townhouses are through-units (Site 3) and sixteen of the townhouses are back-to-back units (Site 16). The design is targeting Passive House Institute US (PHIUS+) 2018 certification. Toronto Community Housing Corporation (TCHC) is seeking a Contractor for the provision of Windows and Doors at Alexandra Park Phase 2A Site 3 & 16. TCHC evaluation and selection process will be pursuant to Section 2 of the forthcoming RFP document
