Lohja Vuokra-asunnot Oy's property at Lähdehaankuja 4, Lohja. The property includes two apartment buildings with a total of 77 apartments. All the windows in the buildings will be renewed. The windows will be renewed in size to fit the existing openings and to match the model into windows, with the exception of ventilation hatches in apartments, which are converted into ventilation windows. Ventilation hatches will be left in the new windows of the ground floor public spaces. All balcony and terrace doors will be renewed. The wooden exterior doors on the ground floor will be renewed, for excluding the front door of house 1 and the front door of house 2, which have already been renewed before. The doors are renewed according to the sizes of the existing doors. At the entrances, the plywood strips between the windows will also be renewed into sheet metal strips.
