Abstract: The proposed works are limited to approx. 50 windows.The proposed removal and install will comprise of:- Remove existing windows- Supply and Install double glazed UPVC windows- Top opening tilt window design- Measurements will need to be undertaken but approx. window size: Arts Building 1060x1315mm and UCS Building 1020x1300mm- 28mm Planithern argon gas filled sealed units- 70mm frames- Locking handles- Colour- option on white, black or light blue (colour match Tucker building) Price per option.- Master keys to be provided and spare keys- Window need to comply with building regulations- Certificate provided for energy efficiency status of product- Registration with local council- Detail of warranty and insurance for product and install• The appointed contractor / service provider must confirm their methodology in relation to these proposed works, product / work warranties and their approach to working with Asbestos (if found), as part of the Quality Assessment Criteria within their tender submission.
