Fleet Logistics Center Puget Sound intends to procure Windows and Heat controllers. This procurement will be solicited on a Sole Source basis to Gozian Inc. per FAR 6.302-1 utilizing FAR parts 12 and 13 Commercial and Simplified Acquisition Procedure. It is anticipated that a commercial, Firm Fixed-price Supply Contract will be awarded.

Solicitation N0040626QS042 will be posted to the sam.gov website on or about 10 December 2025 with the proposals due on or about 16 December 2025. Through its submission, the vendor acknowledges the requirement that a prospective awardee must be registered in the System Award Management (SAM) database prior to submitting their offer, during performance and through final payment of any contract resulting from this solicitation. Lack of registration in the SAM database will make a vendor ineligible for award. Vendors may obtain information on registration and annual confirmation requirements via the Internet at https://www.sam.gov/portal/SAM.
