See attachment for specifications. Any questions can be discussed with Troy Adams, HSH Plant Facilities Manager, (808)306-0431 or via email, troy.adams@doh.hawaii.gov. Vendors must attend mandatory pre-offer conference on Thursday, April 24, 2024, at 9:00am HST. A walk through of the area will be conducted to evaluate scope of work. Only vendors who attend mandatory pre-offer conference, upload completed offer form, and supporting documents are eligible for award.
