STATEMENT OF WORK
1.0 GENERAL SCOPE
The Veterans Health Administration (VHA) has a requirement for new window treatments to replace all window treatments in Building 24 RRTP on the 1st and 2nd floors.
New window treatments / dual solar shades for patient bedrooms and single solar shades for all other areas. The old window treatments will be removed by vendor and replaced with new in Building 24 RRTP program on the 1st and 2nd floors.
This requirement includes the vendor providing window treatment, professional installation, and removal of old window treatments (disposal off site).
The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, installation, transportation, clean-up and supervision necessary to satisfy the needs of each ordering activity.
The installer(s) must check in at Building 21 engineering office and get badges. The installers must notify Interior Designer Tia Manring once on station. Building 24 is an occupied patient area. The floors are locked and installers will need to be let in by nursing staff. All tools must be secured at all times. We will coordinate a staging area for materials and tools with the nursing staff prior to starting the installation.

2.0 PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS
The contractor shall provide and be responsible for technical assistance, development and generation for final specifications.
