The 22d Contracting Squadron (22 CONS) at McConnell Air Force Base is searching for qualified vendors publishing this SOURCES SOUGHT seeking a contractor capable of the professional installation of frosted window tinting on thirteen (13) designated exterior windows of the Mission Planning Cell (MPC) (Refer to attached Performance Work Statement). The window film utilized shall be equivalent to SX-1002 (Clear Sand Blast) in meeting the government-s requirements for privacy, light diffusion, and facility standards. Offerors proposing an 'or equal' product must provide specifications demonstrating that their proposed product meets or exceeds all salient characteristics.
The Contractor shall furnish all necessary labor, supervision, materials, specialized equipment, transportation, and tools required to complete the installation. This includes comprehensive site preparation, surface cleaning prior to application, and final debris removal. The Contractor must ensure that all work is conducted with minimal disruption to the facility and without degrading the operational integrity or physical security of the workspace.
The Government may use the responses to this Sources Sought for information and planning purposes. This Sources Sought is only for the purpose of identifying potential sources as part of 22 CONS/PKA market research. No Solicitation exists; therefore, do not request a copy.
