Description : It is the intent of MacEwan University to obtain proposals from Proponents on their capability, methodology and related experience in providing window cleaning services. MacEwan University is seeking a Proponent with demonstrated experience in providing window cleaning services as specified in the RFP document. Required services will include window cleaning at various MacEwan sites and structures (pedways and waterfall), and other duties as required. Sites include City Centre Campus, Robbins building, Allard Hall and the SAMU building, MacEwan Residence, and University City Centre. MacEwan University historically spends approximately $75, 000 annually with contractors for window cleaning services. Services are normally performed during spring/summer months, but the successful proponent will need to be capable of providing their services year-round.
