The Border Guard (procurement unit) requests an offer for wind generators in accordance with this request for tenders and its appendices. 4 pcs and power class 300 - 500 W wind generators at most 10 pcs The procurement unit can redeem the options immediately or later. Options can also be redeemed as individual orders. The procurement unit decides on the implementation of the options in the end 31.12.2027. The operating environment of the wind generators is the outer archipelago in Finland's sea areas, so the wind generators must withstand the maritime weather conditions prevailing in the outer archipelago. The maximum operating temperature range is between -30 and +35 degrees Celsius between. Due to the challenging accessibility of the place of use, e.g. during the rainy season, we require products to be durable and easy to maintain. Wind generators must be maintenance-free or maintenance service is only required annually or less often. The procurement does not include the installation of wind generators, so the wind generators must be delivered ready for installation. All device-specific installation accessories must be included in the delivery.
