Invitation to Bid for the Widening of Roads (4M to 6M)
The LGU-Dolores, Quezon, through the General Fund (20% Development Fund 2026) intends to apply the sum of Two Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (P2, 500, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Widening of Roads (4M to 6M) Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
1) The LGU-Dolores, Quezon now invites bids Widening of Roads (4M to 6M) .4 Completion of the Works is required Seventy Five (75) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed a Single Largest Completed Contract (SLCC) that is equivalent to at least fifty percent (50%) of the ABC, from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
2) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non- discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”.
