1) The Provincial Local Government Unit of Nueva Vizcaya (PLGU-Nueva Vizcaya), through the 2025 20% Development Fund intends to apply the sum of One Million Nine Hundred Twenty Nine Thousand Six Hundred Fifty Eight Pesos and Six Centavos (₱1, 929, 658.06) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Widening of Caliat Bridge located at Quezon, Nueva Vizcaya. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
