THE EXISTING METAL ROOF IS A METAL ROOFING OVERBUILD ON THE ORIGINAL LOW SLOPE ROOF SYSTEM, ON A CONCRETE DECK. THE PROJECT REQUIRES THE REPLACEMENT OF THE EXISTING METAL ROOF PANELS, GUTTERS, AND DOWN SPOUTS. THE EXISTING METAL ROOFING OVERBUILD STRUCTURAL FRAMING SYSTEM WILL BE REUSED.
