Indian Health Service (IHS) - Phoenix Area Office (PAO), 40 North Central Ave., Phoenix, Arizona 85004-4424 has a requirement for GE Fetal Monitors & Carts for the Whiteriver Service Unit, located in Whiteriver, Arizona.
