Tenders are invited for White Aluminum Covers with Logo for Drink Bottles and Suspensions Measuring 28 Mm.
Aluminum Sealing Cap:
1-pilfer proofs 28* 18) mm, white color primed in tow color according to No.(SDI-15&SDI- 15 A)
2-Thickness of aluminum Sealing Cap to ( 0.19-0.21) mm . High of cap (18.2 ± 0.1) mm
3-The points between caps and their ends must be proper to be opened easily after closing according to the standard torque force for each .
4-The pad to be( 1.5- 2.2) mm thickness and well fitted into the cap to ensure no separation.
5-A lable containing : quantity, date of mfg, expire dale . storing condition and country of original ) must be stuck on each canon.
6-The caps must be packed in well closed nylon sack inside canon box(2500)pcs. each 2 sacks packed in astrong worthily export corrugated card canon in non return shink wrapped pallet, with large outer lable on carton and pallete containing all information with quantities inside.
7-Sample of( 500) pes is required for evaluation .
