Description : Stotfold Town Council has identified that there is a need to install a new Skatepark facility on land to the rear of the Greenacre Centre, Valerian Way, Stotfold, Hitchin, Herts SG5 4HG (The Project). The Specification provided for the new facility is performance-based and the successful Contractor will be appointed based on a fully costed design including all fees for the provision of a new Wheeled Sports Park that demonstrates innovation, incorporates anti-vandalism, and makes the best possible use of the space available. This design will include multiple uses and rideable features suited to a full range of users from beginners to advanced. The successful contractor will be responsible for presenting their design to the local community including the local users of the current Skatepark and then finalising the design and safely delivering the construction and handover stages of the project.
