Seinäjoki's educational municipality association Sedu is requesting an offer for a wheeled excavator for educational use. The excavator can be new or used. The excavator must be suitable for professional training in the civil engineering field as well as for students and teaching staff for safe use. The excavator to be purchased must be model year 2015 or newer, its driving hours must not exceed 6, 000 hours, and the working weight of the machine must be approximately 7-10 tons. The total price of the offered excavator must not exceed 70, 000 euros (VAT 0%). The offered excavator must also meet the conditions, minimum technical requirements and mandatory equipment set out in this request for tender. The information stated in the offer must be accurate, and the customer reserves the right checks that the requirements are met before the procurement decision. The procurement is carried out on the basis of overall economic profitability in accordance with the scoring model presented in the request for tenders (price 30 p and quality 70 p).
