Wheel loader delivery. 1. The subject of the order is the delivery of a brand new wheel loader to Miejskie Przedsiębiorstwo Gospodarki Odpadami Sp. z o. o. in Sosnowiec with parameters no worse than those described in the SWZ. 2. The wheel loader should be factory installed new, manufactured in 2026, free from construction, material, workmanship and legal defects, meeting the standards and legal regulations in force in Poland. 3.
