The delivered subject of the order should be: high quality, complete, technically functional, safe, no may be refurbished equipment (does not apply to part 5), free from material and legal defects. The description of the subject of the order along with the technical parameters is included in Annex No. 8 to the SWZ (detailed order description form) along with the services in scope: delivery of the subject of the order with insurance, packaging, loading, unloading and bringing to the buildings of the Faculty of Electrical Engineering of the Warsaw University of Technology in accordance with Annex No. 3 to the contract; authorized technical warranty service and post-warranty in accordance with § 7 of the contract. Delivery of computer equipment for units of the Faculty of Electrical Engineering of the Warsaw University of Technology necessary for the functioning of the Ordering Party.
