The subject of the contract is the provision of supplies and services, which are the production of a wetting and fibering drum according to the drawing documentation, which is provided as part of the tender documentation (Annex D - non-public part of the tender documentation). The required device will be wet and fiber bundles of waste paper. It is a complete technology, the parts of which are connected to each other and are important for the functionality of the machine unit.
