Wet room rehabilitation in Hedmarksgata 3-11 PURPOSE AND SCOPE The contract concerns wet room rehabilitation in Hedmarksgata 3-11. Rehabilitation of 85 wet rooms will be carried out, in addition to associated structural and technical works inside apartments and in common areas. The tenants must be moved out while the works are in progress. The general contractor must nevertheless expect some tenant management. For more information on this, refer to Book 0. Physical start-up on the construction site is desirable in April 2026. The client has as aiming for the project to be completed in accordance with fourth quarter 2026.
