Suppliers of Supported Housing Services and providers/investors/developers of accommodation associated with such services for women with complex support needs relating to homelessness including physical health, mental health, trauma, substance use, domestic abuse and /or other eligible support needs, are invited to participate in an online market engagement event on Thursday 24th April 2025 3-4.30pm The market engagement relates to Westminster City Councils intention to procure a range of accommodation-based support for women-only to enable the delivery of its procurement and commissioning plan The intended procurement will be conducted under the "Light Touch Regime" in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations 74-76. This procurement aims to commission accommodation-based support services to help empower homeless and vulnerable women to rebuild their lives to be able to sustain appropriate and longer-term accommodation. The commissioned Service Providers shall keep the following priorities at the heart of service delivery: 1. An organisational culture which is supportive and empowering to service users and staff 2. Services that value their staff and encourage professional development 3. Improving the lives of vulnerable people in accommodation-based support that is recovery focused, safe, effective and promotes prevention of future homelessness 4.
