The assignment to be carried out concerns the construction of new residential units in the Gerststraat-Haverstraat-Korenstraat-Molenstraat-Vlinderstraat district in Heultje (Westerlo). A new project should be built here with a number of residential units yet to be investigated further.
The entire district (57 residential units), on 2 residential units that remain private are the property of LeefGoed, and the public domain has not yet been fully transferred. The district is located in the south-east of Heultje (residential area) on the edge of the village fabric and was built in 1982.
LeefGoed bv wants to build approximately 70 homes on this plot with associated facilities (parking spaces, bicycle shed, etc.) taking into account design requirements WIV, LeefGoed and urban development regulations.
LeefGoed wants a functional building, easy to maintain and energy efficient, yet with a beautiful, pleasant architecture and outdoor environment.
Monday The mandatory site visit for the selected candidates will be on January 26 between 11 a.m. and 12 p.m. The certificate will then be delivered to those interested. The certificate is therefore not included in the specifications. The certificate must be added to the quotation by the tenderer.
