This requirement is for the design and construction to install a Ion Exchange (IX) Resin System and upgrades to the Base Well 4 System in accordance with Statement of Work, dated 10 July 2026.
Period of Performance: 360 Calendar Days Total.
120 Calendar Days after Notice to Proceed issuance for Design Phase.
210 Calendar Days after Notice to Procced issuance for Construction Phase.
30 Calendar Days for Contract Closeout procedures.
Competition: This requirement is a 100% Small Business Concern Set Aside for North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 237110. The Magnitude of this requirement in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Overhaul 36.204(g) is valued between $5, 000, 000.00 and $10, 000, 000.00.
