The contract is for the delivery of safety and mastering technology as continual services, where the chosen supplier will have all responsibility for the integration, monitoring, support and operation of the total system, including all components. The deliveries include services for persons living at home, institutions and manpower housing for both employees and service recipients. There is a need for a platform for integration. Responses related to follow-up of users shall not be a part of the service. The procurement ́s value is estimated to: above the EEA threshold.
