Welfare technology The contract concerns the delivery of security and mastery-creating technology as ongoing services, where the selected supplier we have all responsibility for integration, monitoring, support and operation of the total solution, including all components. The deliveries include services for home residents, institutions and staffed housing for both employees and service recipients. There is a need for a platform for integration. Calls related to follow-up of users shall not be part of the service. The value of the acquisition is estimated at: above the EEA threshold value. The volume is an estimate and is not binding on the client. For further information, we refer to the procurement documents. The client reserves the right to cancel the competition, including i in connection with budgetary coverage. APPRENTICE: The duty to make requirements for an apprentice is considered to apply to this procurement, cf. Procurement Act §7. See the contract for more information.
