This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
The strategic missile integration complex at hill afb plans to negotiate with ets-lingdren, inc. On a sole-source basis iaw far 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements, for the following:
item 1 - deliver and construct one (1) welded rf-shielded enclosure in bldg 1204, hill afb, ut iaw the attached sow dated 26 january 2017
item 2 - conduct installation and verification testing iaw the attached sow dated 26 january 2017
item 3 - provide drawings and test results iaw the attached sow dated 26 january 2017 and included cdrl table.
This notice is not a request for competitive proposals and all other interested contractors shall submit a capabilities document which states their abilities to fulfill this requirement in order to be considered. Responses must be submitted by the closing date of this announcement.
This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are in effect through federal acquisition circular 2005-95.
