Description : Invitation to Bid for Welcome Sign
No. 2026-002
1. The Barangay General Luna, through the Annual Budget 2026(General Fund) Approved by the Sanggunian intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Ninety Seven Thousand Five Hundred Fifty Five Pesos (Php 197, 555.00 ) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Welcome Sign. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Barangay General Luna now invites bids for Welcome Sign. Completion of the Works is required from March 25 to April 25, 2026. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) weeks from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II, Instruction to Bidders.
3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary pass/fail criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act 9184 (RA 9184), otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”.
