This Request for Proposals ("RFP") is an invitation by the by the Municipality of the District of Chester (“MODC”) to prospective bidders to submit proposals for the supply and installation of one (1) 24-meter weigh scale at the Kaizer Meadow Environmental Management Centre (KMEMC) and the provision of a temporary scale and scale house during the replacement project.
