Tender Details

The project intent is to upgrade the fuel oil storage system at the School c/w leak detection and overfill alarms. A new 11000 L supply tank and 1135 L day tank will be installed. Tanks were pre-purchased by the owner. The existing hydronic heating system will be upgraded with two oil-fired boilers, pumps, and appurtenances. The existing heat recovery unit in the mechanical room will be replaced. An existing air handling unit located in the crawlspace will be connected to the hydronic heating system. Ductwork for the air handler will be connected to the existing unit and floor grilles. Commission all new systems.
