The County has received an end-of-life notice for its current website; therefore, a new website is required to replace it. The objective is to migrate all existing website content, data and functionality to a new platform, utilizing the existing site map and branding, in two phases. The first phase will be to migrate essential materials with minimum required functionality and the second phase will involve migrating the remaining materials and functions. The County will provide a dedicated internal Project Manager to liaise with the successful Proponent. The new website will need to incorporate existing e-commerce, plugins, forms and software integrations. Ultimately, the Content Management System (CMS) will need to be user friendly and easy to manage internally by County employees.
