Brief description of the procurement: The development and maintenance works of websites managed by TEHIK are ordered based on a framework contract concluded with up to 5 providers. Mini-tenders are conducted with the participants of the framework contract and procurement contracts are concluded without conducting the framework contract without conducting the mini-tender conditions based on the cascade method. The estimated cost of the framework contract is EUR 600, 000 and the maximum possible total cost is EUR 1, 000, 000. In the case of one bidder, a framework contract with a smaller volume and a shorter term is concluded with one bidder. Execution of procurement contracts may be financed both from the state budget and from various European Union funds, which is why the fulfillment of procurement contracts may be accompanied by various obligations related to financing requirements.
